Made to order pieces and custom sizes are crafted individually to order, with payment taken at checkout to initiate the crafting process of your piece. Estimated completion times are individual to each design and noted within the item’s page. 

If your order also contains an in-stock piece, the full order will leave the studio together once the made to order creation is complete. To receive an in-stock piece sooner, simply place it as a separate order.

Made to order pieces which are crafted to your specification (personalised or custom sizes) are non-returnable.

Pierced earrings are non-returnable.

UK Delivery

• Standard UK Delivery, 3-5 business days: Complimentary
• Express UK Delivery, 2 business days: £10

USA Delivery

• USA orders are shipped securely via DHL. Taxes and duties are covered, with no additional fees due upon arrival.
• Delivery to the USA typically takes 3–7 business days and starts from $15 USD. For the most accurate rate, use the shipping calculator in your shopping bag.
• Please note that customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated timeframe. These are carried out at the discretion of local authorities and are outside our control.

Returns - 14 Days
We hope your piece becomes something cherished. If you change your mind, we offer a 14 day return policy. A return request form must be completed to initiate your return.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
For UK orders, Studio Playfair can arrange a return label for you by request, at a flat fee of £10 shipping and handling.  Express and next-day delivery charges are non-refundable.
For USA orders, returns can be arranged via DHL, with the cost deducted from your refund. You may also return your order using your own shipping provider.
Please note: custom-size, personalised, engraved, bespoke, made-to-order personalised, or modified pieces are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are also not eligible for return.
