If you wish to return a piece, your request must be made within 14 days of delivery via the return request form below or by contacting the studio. To be eligible for return, items must be in perfect, unworn condition with all packaging and protective elements intact. 

Please note, creations that are made to a custom size, personalised, engraved, custom or made in a bespoke metal by request are not eligible for return. For reasons of hygiene, pierced earrings are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued once a return has been received, verified and approved by the studio.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

UK Returns : If you would prefer Studio Playfair to arrange a returns shipping label, you may request this on the returns form. The shipping and handling is a flat fee of £10 for this service, which will be deducted from your refund. 

USA, Europe & Other International : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, or a quotation can be provided on request. 

A tracked, signed for and insured shipping service is strongly advised for the safe return of your purchase. Items can only be refunded after being received and reviewed in line with the refund policy.
